1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to eliteking. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and eliteking ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). This document governs your use of all services, games, and features available through the eliteking.fun website and the eliteking mobile app.

By accessing this website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any EliteKing service, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use our platform.

2 Membership Eligibility

To register and use eliteking's services, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You are registering under your own name only, and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• You are not on any list of prohibited or blacklisted individuals by any relevant regulatory body.
• You are registering with truthful, accurate, and complete information, and you agree to update that information whenever changes occur.
• Use of online gaming platforms is permitted under the laws of the country or region in which you reside.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at EliteKing at any one time. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name, using another person's details, or through different devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your EliteKing account username and password. eliteking will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence in protecting your login credentials.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members.
• Use the two-factor authentication (2FA) feature provided for an additional layer of security.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially when using public or shared devices.
• Contact EliteKing customer support immediately if you suspect any suspicious activity on your account.

KYC Verification

EliteKing carries out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures as part of our commitment to a safe and responsible platform. When requested, you will need to submit a valid identity document such as a national ID or passport, proof of current address, and any required financial information. The KYC process is typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal

EliteKing supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, local bank transfers, and approved e-wallets. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to the payment method selected and your account's VIP tier.
• Deposits must be made using an account or payment method under your own name only. EliteKing does not accept third-party deposits.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within two (2) minutes after successful payment confirmation.
• If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, contact the eliteking support team with proof of your transaction.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your eliteking account.
• Before making your first withdrawal, KYC verification must be fully completed.
• Every bonus received carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be processed.
• EliteKing processes withdrawal requests within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts.

5 Game Rules

EliteKing offers a range of game categories including Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, Slots, and Sports Betting. Each game category has its own specific rules, but the following general rules apply to all game types on the EliteKing platform:

• All games at eliteking use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by a certified third-party body to ensure the fairness of every game round.
• Game results that have been finalized by the system cannot be disputed or reversed, unless a significant technical failure is proven to have occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during an active game, EliteKing will attempt to restore the game to its original state. If restoration is not possible, the affected wagers will be returned to the player's account.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to play is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.
• Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, technical bugs, or loopholes in game rules to gain an unfair advantage is a serious violation of these terms.

EliteKing also supports a free play option (demo mode) for select game categories, allowing new players to practice and understand game mechanics before wagering real money. However, any wins achieved in demo mode cannot be converted to real money or withdrawn.

6 Bonus, Promotions & VIP Program

EliteKing offers a variety of attractive bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific conditions stated in each promotion's terms, as well as the following general conditions:

• Every bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are only valid for use within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Only one active promotional bonus is allowed at a time unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• EliteKing reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus if there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit promotions unfairly.
• Members are not permitted to create new accounts solely to claim registration bonuses. Such actions are considered fraudulent and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Eliteking VIP Program

The eliteking VIP Program rewards active and loyal players through a tiered level system. The higher your VIP level, the greater the benefits you enjoy — including higher deposit and withdrawal limits, exclusive bonuses, priority withdrawals, and access to a personal account manager. 7 Prohibited User Conduct

To keep the eliteking platform safe and enjoyable for all users, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning or operating more than one eliteking account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activities.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the bonus system.
• Using abusive language, threats, or disruptive behaviour towards eliteking staff or other users.
• Attempting to access another person's account without authorization or carrying out any action that compromises platform security.
• Distributing harmful content, malware, or any code that could damage eliteking's systems.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

EliteKing takes the privacy and security of your personal data seriously. All information you provide to us is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with the EliteKing Privacy Policy, available on the Privacy Policy.

The eliteking platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your browser or app and our servers. This means your personal information, payment details, and account data are always safeguarded from unauthorised access.

• EliteKing will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
• We use your data solely for platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
• You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team.

9 Liability Limits & Disclaimer

EliteKing provides its platform and services "as is" without any express or implied warranties. While we continuously strive to ensure platform availability and smooth operation, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, bugs, or unexpected downtime.

Accordingly, eliteking shall not be held liable for any financial losses or indirect losses arising from:

• Service disruptions or platform unavailability that are beyond our control.
• Game results disputed outside the designated complaint period.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Loss of information due to hardware or software failure on your own device.

10 Account Termination & Suspension

EliteKing reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user's account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or if we determine the account has been used for unlawful purposes.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the EliteKing customer support team. Before the account closure is finalized, you will need to:

• Completing all active wagering requirements tied to any ongoing bonus.
• Withdrawing the available balance in your account in accordance with the stipulated withdrawal terms.
• Ensuring there are no transactions still in progress or under review.

After an account is closed, eliteking will retain your transaction records and account data for the period required under Malaysian laws governing financial record retention, which is a minimum of seven (7) years.

11 Amendment of Terms and Conditions

EliteKing reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Any significant amendments will be communicated to members via in-app notices, registered email, or announcements on the EliteKing website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the eliteking platform after any amendments take effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
